Two weeks ago, we organized the second annual gathering of the MicroHealth Consortium at Vitalis. It was a day filled with insightful discussions, innovative ideas, and meaningful connection, all focused on advancing health through the power of microbes and the connection between plant and human microbiomes. We topped off the day with an interesting tour on the Vitalis grounds to see how they research organic farming practices.
